Mike’s customer-driven, entrepreneurial mindset transformed AllianceTexas into a vertically integrated economic ecosystem. Under his leadership, AllianceTexas has grown into a destination for industry leaders and one of the fastest-growing regions in the country—generating an economic impact of nearly $143 billion that supports a strong local economy and a growing population.

During his tenure, Chris has been an integral part of the growth and success of Perot Field and Alliance Aviation Services, touching every aspect of the airport operating companies. With his extensive expertise in the aviation industry, Chris oversees the AllianceTexas Flight Test Center operations and all aviation business development activities. Chris works with established global corporate leaders as well as mid- to late-stage logistics-focused companies to encourage technology commercialization within the MIZ. Ultimately, these efforts drive the future of mobility and supply chain efficiencies for Hillwood’s partners and the region.

Ian leads the planning and implementation of the surface freight innovation program, as well as affiliated real estate and investment opportunities. He collaborates with established global corporate leaders and mid- to late-stage logistics-focused companies to promote technology commercialization within the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ultimately, these efforts drive the future of mobility and supply chain efficiencies for Hillwood’s partners and the region.

Nick’s primary focus is on advancing critical development initiatives in mobility innovation, industrial infrastructure, energy, and data. Nick’s experience ranges from Class I railroad mainline to intermodal and sizable industrial site development. He has successfully executed numerous large and small projects in various municipalities throughout the United States.

40+ Years Experience • 35 Years With HillwoodServing as Executive Vice President for Hillwood, Tom Harris has been integral to the development and success of AllianceTexas. In his tenure with Hillwood, Tom has been involved in every aspect of the project and has led various operating business units throughout his career. Tom will continue to oversee operations and various airport expansion projects in an advisory role, while also committing significant time to developing workforce & education initiatives throughout the region.

VP of Strategic Development & Innovation
20+ Years Experience • 3 Years with HillwoodAs Vice President of Strategic Development & Innovation, Kim primarily focuses on advancing strategic initiatives related to the Alliance development program. Kim works closely with various business units within Hillwood to advance long-term development strategies and partnerships. She serves as the master developer for Landmark and Frisco Station.
With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and real estate development, Kim leads strategic planning and implementation for complex, multi-phase development programs across all asset classes. She works with internal and external partners to advance development strategy, manage land positioning, develop economic development strategies, and coordinate infrastructure investments that support land sales, speculative, and build-to-suit transactions.

12+ Years Experience • 9 Years with HillwoodServing as Vice President of Communications for Hillwood’s AllianceTexas and Frisco Station developments, Julie leads efforts to elevate Hillwood’s communication strategy and marketing initiatives. She brings more than ten years of experience in project management and coordination, with over five years in creative content development and brand strategy. Julie also oversees all media relations, corporate communications, and customer collaboration efforts.

Director of Operations
15+ Years Experience • 10 Years with HillwoodServing as the Director of Operations, Ratu Tuuhetoka oversees several aspects of Hillwood’s aviation businesses. They include the commercial fueling operations for Alliance Aviation Services and the ad hoc cargo operations at Perot Field. Additionally, Ratu works closely with advanced air mobility and UAS operators at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas Flight Test Center, Circle T Ranch, and the Frisco Station development project.
